Sunday morning

Breaking of bread, 10:00-10:45

This service is a praise and worship service to which everybody that is a born again believer is welcome to attend and participate in the worship. Our service is usually formed around hymns and prayer, being led by brethren as they feel God wants them to contribute. Breaking the bread is central to this service and all believers are invited to share in this celebration if you truly love the Lord Jesus. If you just want to observe without taking the bread and wine, then that is fine, p-lease feel free to do just that.

A statement of our faith: DOCTRINE
We believe in...

  • Image The Divine Inspiration, authority and sufficiency of the Bible meaning that it is God's message to mankind and cannot be added to or taken away from.
  • Image The Unity of the Godhead, the Trinity with the distinction of three persons in the unity, namely, the Father, the Son and the Holy Sporit, to whom equal honour is due.
  • Image The God the Son truly became man being begotten of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary.
That his death was a sacrifice to God being the payment for other people's sins and not sins of His own.
That he was physically raised from the dead
That his ascended to the right hand of God and now he represents his people before God the Father as a great High Priest.
That he will come again to recieve his people unto himself and set up his kingdon on earth.
  • Image That is consequence of the fall of Adam, humankind became "lost without strength" and at enmity with God.
God gave mankind his standards for living and mankind has totally failed to reach those standards and so now stands guilty before God.
  • Image That God the Holy Spirit is responsible for convicting humans of their wrongdoings and pointing them to the sacrifice of Jesus for salvation.
    He enlightens the Bible's words.
  • Image That the sinner can ber justified before God by feith alone.
That every justified person is also born of God.
Jesus said that only those born again would see God.

That such new birth results in and is made evident by how we behave and what we do.
  • Image That at death, the spirit of man does not cease to exist or be annihilated. that the dead will be raised either to life or to condemnation.
Both the blessings for the justified and the punishment of those not justified will be eternal, meaning that their state will never change forever.
